SILENT EASTER RETREAT

Dear Friends,

Welcome you to spend a day in Silence & Meditation during Easter 

- at Karlbergsvägen 54 (T-bana: St. Eriksplan)

- or ONLINE.

Saturday March 30 

between 10:00 - 17:00

PROGRAM:

                              09:45 - 10:00 Energization Exercises (optional)

                              10:00 - 13:00 Guided Easter Meditation

                                                    with Commemoration Service

                              13:00 - 14:00 Lunch

                              14:00 - 16:00 Kirtan (devotional chanting)

                              16:10 - 16:50 Meditation

                              16:50 - 17:00 World Wide Prayer Service

IF YOU JOIN ON SITE:

° Bring a flower as an offering during the commemoration Service.

° Note that we lock the door at 10am - please be in time so that you are

  confortable seated when the meditation begins.

° Come 09:45 if you would like to participate in the Energization Exercises.

° If you can't participate the whole day - please join the first period.

° Bring your own lunch or buy some at one of the nearby restaurants.

° Bring something warm to wear, or have nearby, as it can be cold to sit still during the long periods of silence. 

° We offer coffee and tea.

IF YOU JOIN ONLINE:

° Please do the Energization Exercises beforehand.

° Have a flower by your seat to offer at the Commemoration Service.

° You are welcome to join the retreat whenever it suits you.
